“WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. consumer confidence took an unexpectedly steep slide in June, figures released on Tuesday showed, suggesting the 18-month-long recession had yet to loosen its grip on the economy”

Do liberals still think the “Stimulus Bill” really needed to be enacted before Obama had the time to live up to his pledge to post bills, for what was it, 5 days on the internet before a vote was to be taken.

Was the Stimulus Bill just that, or a political power grab and payoff to political supporter? It certainly has not done much for the economy!!

Woo-Hoo!!! Oil prices are still going down. Let the recession continue. I work for a living and I’m doing fine. So sad to see the seat shiners suffering though.

To be honest with oneself, economy does not grow by any stimulus but through people’s hardworking under government’s right policies.
We always try to tell ourselves that we are hardworking Americans, yet, we keep loosing our competition to other nation. We keep telling ourselves we have the best political system, yet, those corrupted politicians at D.C. keep fighting each other to screw up their people and nation’s economy.

I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them.
