You have a good point about then interest, that if they had lowered it like they have when they try to fix the problem, they could have avoided the problem and avoided all the foreclosures.

Sue for what? For enforcing the contract that you agreed to? When times were good did you call the bank and insist on paying more interest? If not, then why would the bank be required to do the opposite when times are hard?

you spent 20 years paying for a home…..rather than buying a bigger and better home you sucked out the equity…..didn’t pay it back and lost the house….i bailed the bank out …BECAUSE YOU WON”T PAY THEM….NOW I OWN YOUR HOME AND NOBODY WANTS TO BUY IT….SO STOP WHINING AND BUY IT BACK AT A CHEAPER PRICE NOW YOU ARE BACK TO WHERE YOU STARTED….AND ON NEXT YEARS TAXES BARAK GIVES YOU 8 THOUSAND DOLLARS…problem solved…….it’s that simple
